Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia. International shipping may be available upon request.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking and contact the courier to provide proof of delivery or package status. Should their response be inadequate we will provide assistance to your dealings the the courier.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

1. The item is unused and in its original condition
2. The item is in its original packaging
3. Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error - such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. Shipping charges from your original order are usually non-refundable. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Non-Returnable Items

Items like Gift Cards, downloadable products, items that have been used or damaged by the customer, without original packaging or proof of purchase, purchased during final sale events or are custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
