Where can I get more info about sauna heaters and sauna design?
Information, including technical specifications, for each specific heater can be found on the page for that specific model.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once checkout is complete you will be taken to our order confirmation screen, showing your ordered number and contents - you will also receive an email with the same information.
How long will shipping take?
Once payment is confirmed your order will be processed in our warehouse in QLD within 36 hours.
All orders are tracked from our warehouse to your door. You will receive tracking information by SMS and email when the courier picks up your order from our warehouse, and again when it is out for delivery from your local depot.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Provided your order has not yet been shipped you can change your shipping addresss by contacting us, either by replying to your order confirmation email or using the contact form above.
