Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if all conditions below are met:
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Item is in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will offer one of the following, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Refund
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Custom or personalised items
- Final sale items
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
