At Sauna Store, we work with a combination of local warehouses, international suppliers and specialist freight providers to deliver products Australia-wide. As a result, processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product ordered and your location.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
In-stock items are generally dispatched as soon as possible. Products that are made to order, sourced from overseas or temporarily out of stock may require additional lead time.
If your order includes products with different lead times, we may dispatch them together or separately, depending on availability and the most efficient shipping method.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.
For larger or specialised products, including sauna cabins, steam room equipment and commercial orders, shipping costs may be quoted separately due to freight requirements.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes will vary depending on:

Any delivery estimates provided on our Website or by our team are intended as a guide only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
While we work closely with our freight partners to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, customs processing, weather events and transport disruptions.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship throughout Australia.
If you require delivery outside Australia, please contact our team to discuss available options.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Some large freight consignments or special-order items may be delivered using carriers that provide updates directly rather than standard online tracking.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend that you:

Contact the freight provider or courier for an update; and

Contact Sauna Store if you require further assistance. We will work with the freight provider to help locate your shipment and resolve any delivery issues where possible.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, or if any items are missing, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery. Where possible, include photographs of the packaging and the affected products so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
