The Nystad Forest Bath Sauna Fragrances are made with 100% natural ground birch leaves from Finland and pure mineral rich Alpine salt from Germany. Collected in biodegradable sachets (as easy to use as tea bags) for infusion on your face, hands or feet, the 3 fragrances come in a beautiful gift box fit for any occasion. Handmade in Finland the packaging is biodegradable and can be recycled with paper and cardboard.

Place the bath bag in a cup, fill with hot water, and let it steep for about 15 minutes to release the essential oils, minerals, and soothing ingredients. Pour the infusion into your bath and add warm or lukewarm water as desired, or brew the bag directly in the bathtub.

This bath can be enjoyed in multiple ways:

Full body bath: Relax and soak as long as you like.

Facial treatment: Gently press the soaked bag onto your face (avoid the eyes), re-dipping as needed.

Hand/foot bath: Ensure water covers wrists and ankles, and soak for around 20 minutes.

For enhanced wellness benefits, use alongside a sauna. A cooler bath can also help you enjoy a longer, more refreshing experience.

Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price. We use DHL express with 3 days delivery time.

When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with DHL Express.
